Ski room: 1 private locker per apartment.
Garage included, subject to vehicle size (Not suitable for large SUVs, minibuses, vans, or pickup trucks) and availability in the garage.
Apartments 1 and 4 have one bedroom + one cabin bedroom.
Apartments 2 and 5 offer the best views of the mountains and Val d'Isère.
Apartments 3 and 6 have the same size and level of comfort as apartments 2 and 5.

No pets allowed
Any damage must be reimbursed.
Family chalet, no parties allowed: unaccompanied minors not accepted.
Included in the rates
Bed linen (beds made), towels, kitchen towels, WiFi, dishware kit, 1 complimentary welcome breakfast.
Nespresso machine and raclette grill available on-site.
Fondue set available upon request.

5th person: +€200
No 5th person allowed in apartment no. 1.

General Conditions:

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM.

Upon arrival, the following must be provided:
Cleaning deposit: €100
Cleaning deposit for apartment no. 7: €200
Security deposit: €500
These deposits will be refunded at the end of your stay after the apartment has been inspected and found clean and undamaged.
Deposits must be paid upon key collection by check or cash – no card payments accepted.
If departing before 8:00 AM, deposits will be returned after inspection.

To confirm a booking:
A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
Tourist tax to be paid: €2.86 per day per adult.

Cancellation policy:
If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be retained.

In case of an epidemic
The deposit will be postponed or refunded under the following conditions:

Closure of the borders of France or the country of origin

Closure of train stations or airports

Travel restrictions

Quarantine or any other form of lockdown imposed by France or the country of origin

Closure of the resort and/or ski lifts"
