Apartments 2 and 5 have the clearest view over the mountains and Val d'Isère Apartments 3 and 6 have the same surface area but a less open view. ----- Included in the rates : Linen : sheets (beds made on arrival), bath towels and kitchen towels, Wi-Fi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Television, cleaning products available. Nespresso. Raclette and fondue set on demand. Cleaning products at your disposal. ---- No smoking No pets. Family mountain lodge. Night parties not allowed. Young people without parents not admitted ---- General Terms and Conditions : - Arrival time from 3 p.m., and departure before 10 a.m. 2 deposits have to be paid at your arrival with cash (no Credit Card deposit) : - Cleaning deposit: 100€ except for apartment n°7 200€ / returned at the end of the stay during the inventory if the apartment is left clean as on arrival. - Damage deposit: 500 euros / returned at the end of the stay during the inventory if the apartment is returned without damage. At the reservation 30% of the rental amount. The balance is requested 3 weeks before arrival. If adding an extra bed: + 200 euros / week during summer and + 250 euros / week during winter. Tourist tax: €2.75/day/adult until December, 31th, 2024 and €2.86/day/adult from 1st of January 2025. Cancelation: At 30 days from the date of arrival the deposit is returned. At least 30 days from arrival then the total amount is retained. ---- In the event of an epidemic The deposit will be postponed or refunded under the following conditions: Closure of the borders of France or the country of origin Closure of stations or airports Travel limitations Quarantine or any other period of confinement imposed by France or the country of origin Closure of the resort and / or ski lifts Client tested positive 14 days before arrival (medical certificate). |
