Non inclus le ménage de fin de séjour 100€ + la caution de garantie 500€, à régler à prévoir de régler à la remise des clés en chèque ou espèces. Pas de caution par CB. Cautions rendues au départ si l'appartement est rendu propre et sans dégâts. En cas de départ avant 8h00 du matin, les cautions seront renvoyées après contrôle. Included : Linen, WiFi, Garage included, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Television, cleaning products available. Not included end of stay cleaning €100 + security deposit €500, to be paid upon delivery of the keys by check or cash. No deposit by credit card. Deposits returned on departure if the apartment is returned clean and undamaged. In case of departure before 8:00 am, the deposits will be returned after control.

General Terms and Conditions :
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the rental is due upon reservation.
The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation more 40 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full; beyond that date, there will be no reimbursement in part or in full.
