General Terms and Conditions :
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the rental is due upon reservation.
The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation more 40 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full; beyond that date, there will be no reimbursement in part or in full.
